I'm glad you found your way here. Life transitions can be challenging to navigate with the busy lives that so many of us live. Between the demands of a 9-5 job, family and home, we can often feel exhausted by the end of the day. Like a well-worn coin, we have lost our shine and may struggle to have energy remaining to devote to ourselves. The burden of keeping on without a much needed break can become overwhelming. 

I'm a speaker and lifestyle coach who works with professional women who are experiencing transitions in their lives. I help them navigate the transitions with a greater mindfulness and ease. 

My work in Sandy Hook and other traumatized communities taught me the importance of being connected and present in daily life, particularly during times of stress and transition. My definition of mindfulness includes being aware of each moment, being open to our thoughts and feelings without judgement or holding on to them, and a deep sense of connection to myself and to the world. It is though this connection that any challenge can be met with an open mind and open heart.
